Refund policy

Class Tickets

Due to significant demand for our limited spots, class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please confirm your schedule before booking.

Late Arrivals

Doors open 5 minutes before class and early entry is not permitted. Please arrive on time: entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the class start time, and tickets are forfeited for late arrivals beyond this window.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally, do not expire, and are redeemable against any class or event purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Private & Corporate Events

Class Packs (4, 5 & 6-Class Passes)

  • Class pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • A pack gives you 4, 5, or 6 class credits. One credit covers one seat in one class, at any of our studios (Toronto, Vaughan, Ajax).
  • Credits are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and can be shared with friends — anyone with your pass code can use a credit.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other products.

Therapy Pass (Monthly Membership)

  • Memberships bill monthly. You can cancel anytime — cancelling stops future billing, and there are no refunds or partial-month refunds on charges already billed.
  • Your class credits reset with each monthly billing. Unused credits do not roll over — use them before your next billing date.
  • Credits are shareable with friends. Member discounts apply to your own account.
  • After cancelling or pausing, you keep your member benefits through the month you've already paid for.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other products.
