Overview
This website is operated by Therapy Puppy Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Therapy Puppy Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a class, ticket, gift card or event from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Bookings & Tickets
Class bookings are confirmed once payment is complete. Your entry ticket is delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are described in our FAQ.
Participation & Safety
All participants must sign a liability waiver before joining a class or event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with our studio rules, which exist to protect the wellbeing of our puppies and guests. Please review Our Standards for details on how our puppies are cared for.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally by email, do not expire, and are redeemable against any class or event purchase on this store. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any class format or promotion at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined; one code may be applied per order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, video, copy and branding, is the property of Therapy Puppy Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Therapy Puppy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our classes or events or use of this website. Participation is subject to the signed waiver.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
