One of the questions we hear most often: "Can I bring my kid to puppy yoga?" Usually followed closely by "do they need their own ticket?" Here is our complete age policy in one place — the same rule at all three studios.
The short version
- Classes are open to ages 7 and up.
- Attendees under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian — one adult can accompany the whole group.
- Every attendee needs a paid ticket, regardless of age — including the accompanying adult.
Why 7 and up?
Puppies are babies, and classes work best when everyone in the room can follow the golden rules: gentle hands, calm energy, and letting a puppy walk away when it wants to rest. Around age seven, kids handle that beautifully — and honestly, they're often the most careful people on the mats.
Why does the adult need a ticket too?
Classes are intimate on purpose. We maintain a minimum ratio of one puppy for every two attendees, and every person in the room — participating or supervising — counts toward the room's capacity. A ticket per attendee keeps classes uncrowded for both the puppies and you.
Does the guardian have to do yoga?
Not at all. Yoga is optional for everyone — plenty of adults skip the flow entirely and go straight to the cuddling. The puppies do not judge your downward dog either way.
What about younger kids and private events?
Private events are all ages — an adult simply needs to be on site. If you're planning a birthday party, a baby or bridal shower, or a private group session, we'll tailor the format so even the smallest guests can meet the puppies safely.
A note on waivers
Every attendee signs a liability waiver at the studio before class; for attendees under 14, the accompanying parent or guardian signs as well.
